Hello gang! This is my first post in the public mobile forums. Figured I would give it a shot.. I'm having an issue where I need to go with a lower tier plan this month just to save a couple bucks. But I'm finding that there is no option to pick a new plan even with a positive balance on my account. Am I missing something? My service is currently 'suspended' but ive got enough to cover a cheaper plan.
Messaged mod team a couple hours ago and still no reply.. I assume it's a busy time of year.

Coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 7:30pm(EST).

I just checked the online status of the moderator team. They seemed to have shut down early today. They won't be getting to this until tomorrow is not already resolved.

Because your account is suspended, only a Moderator can make changes to your plan. So there's nothing further you need to do at the moment - just wait for them to answer your private message. They usually respond within a few hours.
