@Arman  If you are on the $15.00 plan then I think they need to reset your account. So if you turn on delivery notification what happens? What type of phone do you have? are you using the native text application or a third party?

I have $15 account, with Delivery notification on, I do not get any notification back.
My phone is Samsung S7, I also tried in another Unlock iPhone and another Samsung phone and had the same issue.
I am using native Samsung text messaging.

Excellent question answering.

If you go back to one of your other threads you'll find a post having to do with the SMSC number. Have a look at that and see if it makes any difference while you're STILL waiting for a moderator.

That's the right number so we got that out of the way.

So yeah...that's about all I know to try so all you can do is wait. I know...6 days...alas. You're not alone by the way. Two others are currently posting about the same problem with the same delays.

I believe APS setting is only for data and not for text
