Excellent question answering.

If you go back to one of your other threads you'll find a post having to do with the SMSC number. Have a look at that and see if it makes any difference while you're STILL waiting for a moderator.

I have $15 account, with Delivery notification on, I do not get any notification back.
My phone is Samsung S7, I also tried in another Unlock iPhone and another Samsung phone and had the same issue.
I am using native Samsung text messaging.

@Arman  Sounds like you account is messed up Smiley Happy One question when you try sending a text do you use your contacts or do you  dial the number directly? If you try dialling the number directly what happens? Do you get an error?

Suspend the account from the self service (lost/Stolen Menu) then logged out, waited 10 minutes and activate my account again, still the same issue (CanNot Send Text)

Dude. This is the problem with posting in a bunch of threads.

Please review any of your other threads.

 

If you just can't be bothered..

Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.

Wow. Ridiculous wait time.

You're still not saying that you tried the lost/stolen feature suggested long ago in another of your threads.

Or that you tried the SMSC number also suggested earlier.

Maybe an Oracle can move these posts over to one of your other threads.

I have done the followings:

- Change the APN with recommended setting in this community

- Rebooted the phone for number of times.

- Powered down the Phone, removed the SIM card left it for 5 minutes and powered it up again.

- Put the SIM card in another unlock phone and powered it up.

In either of cases, I cannot send text message, however I can make and receive a call and I can receive a text.

 

This is the sixth day that I have the issue and I cannot send text.

Still no reply from you about other things to try in your own thread.

Really sorry for you for the slow response from the mods. Are you sure you're not seeing red blob notifications in the upper right of this page?

Private message. Moderators don't use email. The private message system is a lot like an email system...but it's not email.

Did you get an email from them in your email box? If so then you need to respond to them back here in private message.

 

What do you mean "non of the things happened"?

Did you do the steps of the lost/stolen feature?

If not, then please do those steps to see if it might get things going.

If so, I guess since you're still here it didn't get the result.

How about trying this?

Maybe it's your SMSC #.

1. Go to the phone application.
2. From the phone application, press *#*#4636#*#*. (You will have to press the Call or Send button after entering this code in for some Android devices).
3. Tap on Phone Information
4. Scroll to the bottom to where it says SMSC and enter this number exactly as you see on this page (including all symbols): +16475800172
5. Press Update.

I think you've sent enough messages to the moderators. As you know, there's been a serious system upset in the last week and the mods are trying to answer everyones questions. Please allow up to 62 hours for a response from them. You won't be helping your self by sending more messages now.

DID YOU TRY THE LOST/STOLEN FEATURE AS SUGGESTED EARLIER?

 

So let's get the terminology right...are you trying to "email" somebody at Public Mobile?

Did you use one of the links, earlier in this thread, to what is called the Private Messages area?

Then, by default, you would get an actual email from Public Mobile telling you that you got a private message. DON'T REPLY TO THAT. Come back here and see the red blob over the little envelope icon in the upper right of this window. Click on it and you'll get an Inbox. You should see a vertical coloured bar to the left of unread messages. Click on the subject line of the message to read the whole thing.

 

It has gone back and forth as to whether sending multiple private messages to the mods causes one to drop back down the queue of all the private messages they get. So be careful of sending so many messages.

i have sent 5 Private message to moderator and no responce so far

- Can make and receive a call, Can receive a text, But CAN NOT SEND TEXT

- Samsung Galaxy S&

- I was able to send and receve text before May 1st.

- Talk and data work fine

- My renewal date date is June 1st

- My accunt Staus shows ACTIVE.  

- I have re-booted and even shut down for 5 minutes but isseu persist.
