Can't access data, make calls, send or receive texts but have paid for this month?

Hi,

I paid for the same plan as I ususally do on April 23rd. My transaction history says I paid for the plan and it says my account cycle is active. However, I cannot send or receive texts, access data, or make any calls. 

I am worried because I have paid for what I am not getting and I need to use my phone for work.

There are four separate posts on the same topic.  Can an Oracle or  moderator merge them together ?

Try the lost phone trick to reset your account.

To report your phone stolen.  Login to your account.  Choose Plans and Add-onstab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab.  The choose Suspend Service tab.  Logout.  Wait few minutes.  Login in and report your phone found.

Hi @JohnRichard  ince your account shows active, could you post a screenshot of your payment history?  BTW, do you have an account balance showing.  Also, trying the lost/found phone trick could reset the plan.  First report phone as lost.  Log out, wait a few minutes, then log back in and report it found.  Then restart the phone.
