First of all, is your phone working? Sometimes on the day of renewal, the self service web portal will display plan expired, and other dire warning. The payment sometimes takes more time to autopay. But, your phone would still be active.
If your phone is not working, you will need to contact moderator to address issue. Will take more tha 24 hours for them to respond unfortunataely.

Is your phone working? If so, then just relax, and let the autopay do it's thing. "Account suspended" is a common message to see in self-serve on renewal date. If your phone is working you have nothing to worry about.
