No, it's monthly plan!
If you had a plan where you pay up front for the plan and then pay to catch up on things you consumed the previous "month" then that is what is called post-paid.
If you had a plan that you pay up front for the plan and all features and that's all you can use then that is pre-paid. (like here)
Koodo post-paid - you can do the transfer yourself in the Change Number function.
Koodo pre-paid - you need moderator assistance.

Is your koodo sim still working?
Have you access to your self serve and does it say active?
Are you able to do anything, call in/out, text in/out and is data working if you have it in your plan?
