Anyone else but Moderator_Team to help me on Porting from Koodo?

Hi, I have been frustrating of waiting for Moderator_Team's help on Porting from my Koodo monthly plan's number to PM since last Friday.

 Does anyone know which PM customer service else I can send the message too for porting?

If you had a plan where you pay up front for the plan and then pay to catch up on things you consumed the previous "month" then that is what is called post-paid.

If you had a plan that you pay up front for the plan and all features and that's all you can use then that is pre-paid. (like here)

Koodo post-paid - you can do the transfer yourself in the Change Number function.

Koodo pre-paid - you need moderator assistance.

Send them only 1 more message , but please be aware that wait times are currently between 24 to 72 hours...but usually much less.

Can you still use the Koodo account .

@singod Call 1-877-868-3587 and follow the instructions below:
Prompt 1: say "English"
Prompt 2: say either "Representative"

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the Telus porting centre. They do work on behalf of all Telus subsidiaries of which Public Mobile is one of them. However, they do not have access to your Public Mobile account what so ever. They are however capable of troubleshooting and fixing Ports in progress

@singod it was a Koodo PREPAID account, correct?

 

Koodo Postpaid should Port without any assistance.

I have sent them one email one day since last Friday! And it has been nearly 5 days!

@geopublic  I tend to  post this link,  rather than just post the number, as it gives a better understading of the purpose of  number.
