I just activated a new Sim for the new 40 plan, I followed instructions and my credit card got charged for 120 but now I can't call send text or use any data. I can't also login to my account. What should I do?
Also when I try to text I get this message Sorry, your current plan does not include text messaging. To update your plan to include texting and for info about your account visit selfserve.publicmobile.ca
