Activated but no service??!?!

Need help! I activated my account and sim yesterday. Was charged for 30 days service, but no plan activated on my acct. I cannot make/receive calls or texts! Sent a PM to moderator team. Need this fixed ASAP!! Thanks.

I activated my sons cell phone i paid via voncher the correct amount but still no service. I added more money in case that was the problem but still no service? They took 10$ for ??? and the balance of my 32$ is just sitting there in the balance? Need this resolved asap please.

Sending a private message is the best you can do to address this bug. You should have a response today, although it may be tomorrow as I see severarl activation issues on the forum.

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
