Activate SIM - Create Account failed - I cannot login new account

How can I check the status of my sim activation / account creation ?

Any error message? Try logging in to self serve account. Also check if they charged.

@bmthai , I would start by putting the activated SIM card into a phone.  If the service works, then you are good to go.  As always, the self serve account will show the status as well.

@bmthai  insert the PM sim card in your phone. Does it connect to the PM network? If not, then try the activation again. Best to clear your browser's cache, make sure Javascript and cookies are enabled and best to use your browsers privacy mode.

This happened to me when I set up my sons phone. I had to contact the tech support and they had to reset my account. It did take a few days but they were very helpful in getting the phone working. Also they moved my payment date where I didn’t have full access to the phone service.
