Account was suspended and my new plan didn't come into effect upon my plan renewal date of today 0_o

Hello to everyone who is having this similar issue and to support.

 

My original plan was and is still unchanged:

 

90-day pass

$120 per 90 Days

 

  • - 4GB Data
  • - Unlimited Provincial Talk
  • - Unlimited Canada-wide Text
  • - 3 Choices (Grandfathered)

 

The plan I had configured to change and take effect from today was:

 

90-day pass
$111 per 90 Days

 

  • This plan includes: -
  • - Unlimited Provincial Talk
  • - Unlimited International Text
  • - 3GB Data
  • - 3 Choices

I also had a message relaying that I had insufficient funds even though the new plan was a lesser value.

 

Please help!!!
