My account seems to have been deactivated this morning for no reason and it says it was lost-stolen. I tried adding funds to the account but can't even do this. Help!

Seems like it would be a mistake if OP does not know why it was flagged
But the mods have been trying to validate account info so surprising it would happen

The lost/stolen status would usually be the result of a customer losing his or her phone and then reporting it as long or stolen so that whoever finds or has the device can't continue to use it.
The strange part is for this to happen, one would have to log into the self-serve account to set the status to that. It's possible that someone else did lose a cell phone and contacted a moderator to report this situation but that the wrong account was accessed by accident. That really is unlikely, but not entirely impossible.
