@RODNEY2008, I am not sure what you mean by third notice mentioned in the title? Based on your post, it seems like you want to switch from the $25 plan to the $40 plan to get more data. You can do that yourself in the self serve account. When doing the plan switch, you have the option of having the change take effect immediately vs taking effect on the next renewal. Note that immediate plan change will result in forfeiting the current paid cycle.
