J'ai commandé ma carte sim il y a de cela 3 semaines et je n'ai toujours rien reçu ! Qui contacter pour régler ce problème

If you are, currently Public Mobile is in Beta phase, Not YET open to the Gen-Pop.

 

You must register register your email to join Beta and await an Invitation via email

 

The Invite has the Special Code by which you can then use to Order your Tri-Sim Card

 

All invites are First come, First serve

 

There is currently NO FAST way to Join Public Mobile

 

It takes a month and a half to receive invite, and 2-3 weeks for Tri-Sim to arrive by Mail

I already received an invitation via email and I ordered my SIM card, but I am still waiting to receive the sim card from 3 weeks

OK. Send an Email to Public Mobile to inquire on status of your Tri-Sim Card order

 

Or, Request that they Reship you another Tri-Sim

Look for the Contact Us, Then after clicking, scroll down till you find email us, follow the instructions, and a Form will pop up. Fill out form, and send
