Hello, I am new to the community. What types of things should I be doing in order to community rewards? How often are the rewards applied?

@Honeycrispapple You need to be active on this forum and help people with their issues, give advice, etc. In short, provide value to others and you will be rewarded😉

@Honeycrispapple

Here is a help article on community rewards:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/get-help/articles/the-community-reward

It is easier to earn the lower amounts per month. It takes a lot of time to earn the higher levels. As we joke on the community forum, you can likely earn more money collecting bottles and cans on the street then spending time here. Earning $20 is not reachable for most people, except for oracles. $15/month likely need to spend at least 2-3 hours everyyday. Less than minimum wage if you average it out.

If you like to help out and enjoy online community, then go for it. If you are trying to earn money via community rewards, it is not worth the time.

You can participate in the forum and earn up to $15 every 30 days.  Also refer friends and earn $1 per referral.  There is a loyalty award.  Register a credit card or Visa debit for autopay.

Read lots. Explore around all the features and functions of the self-serve and community. Be very familiar with them.

Then when someone asks a question you can provide a useful answer. Maybe you'll get a bravo for it. Maybe you'll get it marked as the solution to the question.

The community is monthly (not 30 days). It gets calculated early each month and then any reward is deposited into your community rewards area. Then it sits there until your next renewal where it will behave like the other rewards and be converted into available funds and go towards your plan cost. Except that unlike the other rewards, it gets zero'd out. And you do it all again for the next month.

Nice to see you're very enthusiastic to earn community rewards. Take note you have to put alot of work into earning the top reward $15. $20 is reserved for Oracle's and that is invite only.

$1 or 2 can be accomplished easily. Come on the forums every other day or every third day for the month and answer a few questions.

$5 and up to $15 you'd have to post alot and be on here most days out of the month.

Currently it's October so come on now and then for the rest of month answering people's questions and in November you may see a credit to your balance for $1 or $2 dollars. Usually they apply it around the 7th to 10th of each month.

Enjoy!
