How do I reach a customer service agent

I don't know how to reach a customer service agent.  Can someone please assist.  Thank you

Maybe it's easier for you to send a private message. Since it sounds like you are not a customer yet just include

 

  1. Your name and address.
  2. Your order # and the email you used for contact In your message.

 

"Put not received sim card order" in the subject title. Customer support is replying in minutes in some cases today.

 

Send a private message...   Contact the CSA's (formerly moderators) by sending a private message and leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the information listed above.

 

Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the CSA's (formerly moderators.) Responding promptly will speed up service times.

 

 Do not post any of this info in the community only in your private messages when communicating or contacting the Moderator_Team.

Yes we are all just customers of PM here… like you. So we cant open a ticket. If you want to see if we can help just provide some more info on the problem but it is always best to start a new topic rather than tagging into an old topic. Maybe an Oracle will split this to a new topic for you.

 

If you have ordered a SIM in order to start your own account, it can take weeks to receive in the mail. SIM cards can be purchased locally so you can get started right away.

Please open ticket. I have requested service but received no confirmation or SIMs.

@computergeek541  not sure if it related with the outage.. but seems like after the outage on Thur, the CS Agent team really replied late. .maybe there are still busy out outage related issue? or huge backlogs from the outage?

I contacted them about something 4 days ago, but never got any reply.
