Can't sign in.....

Occasionally i have an issue signing into the community. Usually it's on Firefox but sometimes on chrome as well. Last night and today I couldn't sign in at all. On either browser or username. However when you look at users online it has both usernames as online (on firefox). After about 20 attempts I have managed to sign in as the cat in chrome.....any ideas on why this happens and how to overcome it?

Able to sign in again or rather when i went back to Firefox I was signed in as i usually am. But I would love to figure out this issue so it would stop happening......frustrating to say the least.

Tried that no joy. BTW I've cleared my browsers and rebooted.

Try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.
