Good to see that PM is making efforts to address some long-standing bugs. Hopefully that will reduce moderator workload and improve support queue times.
Congratulations to everyone for helping out. Despite some difficulties, some bugs have been worked on and moderator response time has definitiely quickened. So, in that sense, September was definititely epic.
