Unfortunately, I want my plan changed from 90 days to 30 days. It was supposed to happen as it was scheduled but it hasn't. Now my number is inactive.

Still doesn't work. I can login but anything I do takes a really long time. And when I choose a new plan and click change my plan, it doesn't do anything, even after a long wait. 😞

@bilal, I'm sure your Rate Plan(s) are 100% safe, sound, not even a Bug can nibble away at it. PM is finally using Norkin's secret ingredient to Terminate them.

@bilal You can always make a payment over the phone by dialing 611, if you're concerned about service disruption. As long as you stay enrolled in autopay, you will continue to get the service credit - even if you add credit manually (such as by calling 611) to cover your next renewal.

I have requested a plan change over email and my autopayment is tonight. 

I hope I don't loose my number this way.
