We wanted to give you an update that we are completing system upgrades during the following maintenance window:
March 4 | 10:00 PM EST (7:00PM PST) to March 5 | 9:30 AM EST (6:30AM PST)
During this time you will be unable to:
- Purchase new subscriptions
- Activate new subscriptions
- Log in to Public Mobile My Account , the app and/or chatbot
- Make account changes
Publicmobile.ca will still be available to view.
Your current service (calls, texts and data) will not be affected during this time.
Once splash pages are down, you will be able to complete your activation or log in to your account.

It is March 6 and I am still unable to purchase a subscription. I keep getting an error message. Please advise.

It is March 6th and you cannot process my add on payment. You have left me with no service in the US. Looking for another provider.
