Due to pending Canada Post labour disruptions expected on May 22nd, we are currently unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes and Rural Route addresses placed after May 13th.
If you placed an order prior to May 13th and it has not arrived after 15 days, please contact a Customer Support Agent. Ensure you have your order number and an alternate shipping address ready.
If you need a SIM card more quickly you can purchase one on Amazon or find one at your nearest store.

For customers who want to pick up at a physical locations, it is a good idea to call the store first to make sure the store has Public mobile SIM cards before going.
