I’m an existing customer; how do I redeem my holiday gifts?

  1. Between December 1st - 15th, we’ll send you a text message with your holiday gifts. 
  2. To redeem them, just reply “YES” and your free data and international minutes will be automatically applied to your account. 

I’m not a customer yet; how do I redeem my holiday gifts?

  • No problem! All you have to do is buy a SIM card and activate before December 31st.  
  • These gifts will be automatically added to your account within a week, and we’ll send you a SMS to let you know.

 

What else you need to know:

  • Add-on offers are available for all new and existing customers from December 1st 9:00AM ET to December 31st 2021 11:59PM ET
  • Limit of one 2GB data add-on and one 500 min international calling add-on per customer. Add-ons are one-time only and will remain on your account until fully used 
  • $30 referral bonus is redeemable only once per customer. 
    • Customer must refer a friend between Dec 1-31st using their unique referral code
    • Friend must activate before Dec 31st 11:59PM EST
    • Customer will receive a $5 bill credit/month for 6 months, for a total of $30 as long as the referred friend stays with us
  • International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

Did you activate in 2019 and get the holiday gifts from the first annual "More is Merrier" campaign? That year we were given a 1GB data add on and 400 international long distance minutes add on.

If customers do not receive their SMS offer by mid-month or are unable to redeem because of a specific situation, our agents can help with next steps. However, I would strongly advise customers to wait until mid-December and return if they are still unable to redeem through SMS.

for now you have to be patience if don't receive until mid-December then you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent,

Mine was effective immediately but other customers mentionned a delay... Too many answers at once I suppose... If by Dec. 15th it still does not appear on your self-serve, I would open a ticket with CS_Agent and they should be able to help you

I hope you finally got the text message you've been waiting for 🙂. I just got the text and items added to one of my accounts that was activated in 2020, just as I had suspected. That's 3 for 3.

I even replied to the text on a flip phone that I had sitting around, as a test and it worked with no problems 😌

I'm pretty sure now that the texts are being sent out, by the year your account was activated.

@walker1 I'm glad I finished reading as your sentence ended with "new toy".  My jaw was mid drop.😲

 

Haven't ordered it yet.  Pricing discrepancy getting sorted out.

But my indecision is creeping up!!

Now the Pixel 6 looks slightly more interesting.

I'm surprised no specs get published on sound via headphones (DON'T volunteer "it depends on the headphones". That's obvious. There are still specs on the phone). Terribly frustrating as I don't want to end up to something similar sounding to my Pixel 3a XL.

Well that didn't elicit a reply from 4911. Either on the phone that has recieved the offer text or the one that may or may not have recieved when it was powered off.

No, previous bonus would stay there and won't affect.  You will still get this years bonus

 

It just very long delay at the moment.  You can try replying YES again as the Community manager said it might help

I replied yes but don't see it reflected on my account.  I also have the previous 2gb holiday offer that I haven't used.  Is that why?

@J_PM   is the process after replying YES an automated process or manual process?

 

Also, many members are interested to know by what order PM is sending the invite text?  Some members has not receive the invite message yet and maybe it helps if we know what order it is following..or is it really random?

You'll probably get the text today, since people that activated their accounts in 2019, got the text yesterday. 


Not to do with Activation date.    My friend's 2019 activation got the invite text 2 days ago.

 

So, don't try to guess on order.  None of us know

 

but @BearFBI  you will get yours soon.. probably on or  before Dec 15  🙂
