@Igor_M I just received your email about tomorrow's event. It mentioned to have video capabilities but unfortunately I do not have a working cam on my desktop pc. Can I still participate?
@NDesai Yes, you can still participate. We do require you at least have a microphone as you will need to be able to speak to the group.
Today's online event went very well.
We kicked it off by introducing each other and It was nice to meet few PM staff members. Me and few other users answered some questions to help PM analyze what customers think about their service and some discussions about ideas. Overall, it was a great experience for me.

PM has an ideal mix of people working for them. The positive attitude is palpable and gives me confidence that the company will not only survive but function flawlessly and grow in the future. I admire PM for creating the direct engagement between the providers and the recipients of the service.
I know there are bugs and I know its frustrating for those who experience problems. However, interacting with the people on the other side gives me the impression that its simply matter of time before PM becomes the carrier that works for all of us.
I applaud PM's effort to engage customers directly. The staff is certainly dedicated to creating a low cost community based provider. I look forward to them tweaking offerings to address some of the concerns expressed over the last year without compromising the value of service.
It is also refeshing that dissastisfied customers' comments are treated with respect.
I look forward to converting more family and firiends to get that referral reward!
