My wife usually makes fry bread and we use that instead of tortillas, then we use the usual ground beef with taco spice, not much for veggies, just tomatoes and letuce. Finally we add salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream.
I maybe the only one who truly enjoys lazy tacos. Does anybody other likes to load it with only cheese and melt it in toaster oven, then dip it in salsa?
Lots of meat, some vegetables mainly letus, cheese, salsa, no sour cream and lots and lots of spicy heat. For fajitas and sweet peppers.
