You probably just put money into your account. You now have to go to the add ons and add the data add on to your account.

Hi did you buy the add on thru the phone or via the website? Make sure you are told that the transaction went thru and was a success and then it shod only take an hour or less to work.

If you want to try just cycling the phone off/on to get it to start working. Also correct me if I am wrong but you have to have an existing data plan on your account in order for it to work. Not sure what your account is setup for as you never mentioned it.

Thanks McLaren. This worked. In today's ebay world..its usually click and go. Add money first and then do it again to purchase threw me off. But im up and running now, thank you.

@quietstorm sure no worries, I had the same question to me with a relative and showed how to add it. Common mistake.
