Why did my plan just jump to $45 a month for unlimited CW talk and text and 1GB of 3G data?

Why am I not able to get the back to school savings plans that offer 5GB of data for a fraction of the cost?

I am not happy.

If you are sure that you didn't change the plan on your account (sounds like you are). Then you will probably need to reach out to Public Mobile customer support and create a ticket so they can have a look. Well this plan that they gave me give me 1GB of data for $45!!

And customer support chat is not able to work right now.

So do I have to leave Public Mobile so that I can be eligible for a more reasonable plan?

Are you just signing up and the plan you had selected got changed while signing up or have you already been subscribed for a while and your plan randomly changed on you?

The $45 plan with 1gb is a very old plan. There are better plans with more gb of data at 5G for the same price. You can get the Canada/USA/Mexico plan with 125gb of data at 5G.

Unfortunately it is difficult to choose a lower priced plan in your account but you may have to check your account every month to see if there is a lower plan.

Login to your account, go to Subscription-Manage Subscription-Change Subscription and it will list all plans you are eligible to change to.

If you are having login with the 2FA code. Hit Resend Code or Didn’t Receive code and have it sent to your email or voicemail.

The plan randomly changed on me. Last payment was $25 a month and next month is now $45 a month for the same plan.

other plans offered to me are $40 for Canada-US-Mexico with 75GB data at 5G speed with international minutes.. I have no offers for just Canada Wide minutes only.

Wait for a response and I'm sure they will be able to get that resolved for you.

I have been with Public Mobile and this plan for over 5 years.
