You cannot make call? Data works? Incoming calls?

You cannot login, what error you see?

And when did you last have service on yjur your phone?

dial 611 to hear current status of your plan. You'll be able to make payment and Resume service as long as you recall your PIN number.

I cannot make calls because it says I have no minutes left. I haven't made a call in month but the money was deducted every month.

I cannot make calls ( it says I have no more minutes left........but I haven't made a phon call in forever.

I cannot log in, because I can't don't receive the code they say will be sent.

I checked my bank account and the fee was deducted every month.

Just wondering what is the make and model of your phone. Your phone must be VoLTE compatible to make and receive calls. Enter the IMEI to see if it is compatible.

If it is not compatible, you will be charged $5/month until March 1/27 for non-compatible phone.
