Switching from eSIM to SIM

I need to use a physical SIM but had to sign up with an eSIM. How do I switch from an eSIM to a SIM? That is, what are the instructions for the change? I've already ordered the SIM.

Hello @rzanatta

It's actually very easy to do. Just log into your account, go to Profile and you'll see a SIM card number there. Click on the pencil and just change it to the physical SIM card number and save. Once you see your phone turn to SOS mode, it means it's ready for you to put your physical SIM card in. You then can delete the eSIM.

Do you have a physical SIM card ready?

it can be easy or hard, depends if you can login to My Account

if you can login to PM app or My Account , then you can go to Profile or Account page to update the sim card number

if you cannot get to the Profile or Account page on My Account/PM app , you will need to ask Public Mobile to help. Simply open ticket with PM using Expert Messaging. Click the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right to start, or use this link https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/libs/chatbot.html?botId=ZJkWuVb7Hp6EEcTIZKMZbvLwuDV&lang=en&toggle=fal...
(With opening ticket, logging on using your Community login should be sufficient)
