ezpz...download the Public Mobile app to your cell, log in to your account and buy the new esim. It'll be free if it's a replacement to your original esim too.

If you have trouble getting 2FA code via text, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail ...you can call yourself from another phone to hear the 2FA voice message.

Does Public mobile have prepaid lines aswell?.

Public Mobile is only pre-paid. Pay for 30 days service, then renew if you want to continue with Public Mobile. The postpaid contracts aren't part of Public Mobile offerings.
