HELP my phone was stolen and need to access my apple account. i wasnt signed in on another apple decive so i cannot receive my 2FA notification. how do i purchase a new esim with the same number

get you a new cellphone. Download the Public Mobile app to the new cell. Log in to your account and buy a new esim...it'll be a free replacement esim.

For failed 2fa, click Resend to Email...or send to Voicemail; then dial your cell number from a diff cell to retrieve your 2fa message.

If you have trouble getting 2FA code via text, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail (you can call yourself from another phone to retrieve the 2FA voice message)

if you really cannot receive the code, ask PM agent to help. you can submit ticket by direct message:

okay theres no option on my new device to have the 2fa send anywhere else im not sure why, im not wating in queue to on the chat but its seems to be taking forever.

you were pasting some text with some HTML underneath

what you can do is either type them all out , not copy and paste

or you can copy what you typed , remove them, then right click and choose Paste as Text to remove the HTML underneath
