topic Esim in Get Support

Hi I just purchased an eSIM to go on a new phone but I hit for this device not new device by accident. I did not receive an email with a QR code. Can I get a credit for the eSIM please as I need to purchase it under my sons account to hopefully transfer his phone number over to the new phone. He currently has a SIM card but the new phone is eSIM only. So I’m hoping to transfer his number over but unsure how to do it.

He'll be able to buy a new esim for $5...his existing Public Mobile cell number will still carry over.
