Hi I just purchased an eSIM to go on a new phone but I hit for this device not new device by accident. I did not receive an email with a QR code. Can I get a credit for the eSIM please as I need to purchase it under my sons account to hopefully transfer his phone number over to the new phone. He currently has a SIM card but the new phone is eSIM only. So I’m hoping to transfer his number over but unsure how to do it.

yes, you can ask PM support agent for reimbursement.

but can you login to buy another esim on the correct phone?

you mst download the Public Mobile app to his new cell. He'll be able to buy a new esim for $5...his existing Public Mobile cell number will still carry over.
