I would like to use my rewards to get the 15 days US/Canada 5GB with data reward but it is not showing as an option for me. I was able to redeem it for my wife on her account and am not sure why I can’t do the same. Thank you

@Weirzy Strange it showing there for me , maybe if your using the website try the app instead see if that helps or vice versa . Worst case senerio you can ask support to help apply it for you also
