Text for loyalty

I would like to text customer service got a text for free 10 gigs per month for 12 months loyalty was there said 40 gigs total now that ten gigs disappeared from my account but was successfully added last month.

it is normal the 10GB per month data will disappear temporary, but it will reappear when a new cycle starts. I have gone through the same and this is the how it supposed to show on the Usage breakdown

Oh the loyalty 10 gigs per month for 12 months is not showing up in the usage breakdown anymore. But it was there last month when it was offered and accepted.

yes, you used up and it will disappear, then it will reappear on new cycle

this is how this add-on will be shown. So, it is normal

oh I didn’t use 10 gigs was lucky if I used 2 gigs

if it is dropped off already, it could means you already used 10GB, the 2GB you see could actually means 10GB already used up from the bonus data, and 2 extra GB from your monthly data

So, you should check with PM support agent directly and they can confirm
