Using a debit card to make a payment?

My MC Card had to be cancelled due to Compromise, Public Mobile suspended my account, I find it difficult to converse and argue with a BOT...how do I make a payment with a Debit Card? thanks...

hi @TJorde

you don't have to argue with the bot, you have the Community to back you up.

to make a payment using a Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, you will need to login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and Mange Payment Method and update the card there

sometimes, the update might fail, you will need to wait 24 hours before trying again.

but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

On top of physical stores, you can also buy online with extra service fess: buy from muskbird.com , ding.com , recharge.com
