Log in issues

Everytime I try to log in to pay my bill, as I had insufficient funds when my bill was to come out, which was three days ago, I put my info in, my code, and then it loads and then a black screen pops up with a message that says “message;unauthorized” I have never had this issue before with public mobile and I’m very frustrated about it.

Have you tried using your browser in private browsing mode or with a different browser? Have you tried the PM app?

Yes I have tried my phone on private browser and not private, aswell as my computer too!

PM site and PM app were down for maintenance from last night. They are both up now. Please try again
