Subscription change

Changed my sub to the 10 extra gigs of data for 2 years. DID NOT/HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GIGS. SENT IN A TICKET/COMPLAINT. NO RESPONSE. CANT RETURN TO MY OLD SUBSCRIPTION.

if you manually changed plans after receiving the 10 GB's Loyalty data...that data is gone. The loyalty data is a data add-on not a new plan. You still have your original plan...unless you manually changed plans. Use the app to log in to your account; look at Usage Breakdown to see current plan details as well as all add-ons.

I also did the same. I use the promotional code in the subcription & add on tab. and hope it will work. Not changing the existing subcription plan.

To see your current regular plan detail as well as any add-ons (including latest Loyalty data), just log in to your account and see Usage Breakdown. You should be fine.
