      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was hooked up with Virgin, changed to PM.&amp;nbsp; I opted for an Esim but my data is not working and I cannot send pictures in texting.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to take out the virgin sim card first?&amp;nbsp; I can call and text but no data seems to be working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes , you need to take out Virgin sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And insert PM sim if your PM sim physical&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If eSIM, check sim manager or Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular, enable PM sim and change the label to Primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings. Test both incoming and outgoing calls, check data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
