      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/466413"&gt;@VO1NC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;no refund.&amp;nbsp; PM is a prepaid provider.&amp;nbsp; They won't issue refund for case like this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But Telus owns PM,call Telus and explain the situation, there is a chance Telus could give you a one time credit to offset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should have ported to Telus a day or 2 before your renewal date to avoid this issue. Maybe talk to Telus and see if they will compensate the 3 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
