    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I ported my number to Public Mobile (activated Jul 07, 2026) on an eSIM, and I’m having a problem with incoming service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Outgoing works fine — I can make calls and send texts. But incoming does NOT work:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Incoming calls go straight to voicemail without ringing my phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Incoming texts (both SMS and iMessage) don’t reach me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;My outgoing texts also don’t seem to be delivered.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What I’ve already tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Restarted the phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;•&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Confirmed my number shows correctly in both the Public Mobile app and iPhone Settings (it had briefly shown a wrong number, which I’ve corrected).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did that process from the beginning. I got a message f&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;from my old provider and replied &amp;nbsp;YES. And I removed the ohisycal sim after realizing that I can do phone calls from my cellphone but then I realized that I dad those other issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
