She has been unable to sign into her account &amp;nbsp;can’t remember her email and when she tried to use her phone number for the link the message asked her to input a valid phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
