    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported to PM a few days back with my number 437-255-6844 and then changed the plan but PM charged me twice one for switching number then for changing the plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I realized I did not had good network coverage in my area and hence I ported it back to Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I need to know when I am going to get refund for the 2nd charge of $39.xx and another refund on prorata basis as I didnt use the service even for a week. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid provider. They will issue refund for the duplicated charge but not the original charge&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
