What phone you have? It can be a sim provision issue or device problem like loose sim card contact

But start with Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings.

If you still see the error a lot , ask PM to help to re-provision the sim

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hello everyone,

My service is pathetic, I live in Wellington in Prince Edward County Ontario, just south of Trenton and Belleville and cannot use my cell phone for calls or texts. I constantly get the message "not registered on network" but every now and then texts and calls will come through, it is so frustrating and unfortunately, after 8 year of being a PM customer, it looks like I will be cancelling.

Curious, would my PM sim be defective? I constantly reboot my phone hoping it will help but nothing.

Before I make the move can anyone help with my issue.

Thank you in advance.

Rick.

To reset the network settings on your Samsung Galaxy A16, navigate to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings or Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. Confirm the reset with your PIN/pattern.

please not this will erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and paired Bluetooth devices, but you can easily add them back after
