Service not working

Every time the day my subscription needs to renew my services get shut but I don’t get an option to pay on my account I get stuck with not being able to pay because there is no link generated can you fix this like right now I want to pay for my bill but I am still waiting on the link to appear

this is very frustrating

Sorry for what you are experiencing

Use this link to pay, but first login using browser with incognito mode, then paste this link and load enough funds to resume services:

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
