Hi,

I redeemed the loyalty data and I see this message that the data is incompatible with my current plan. Why?
How do I make it compatible?

hi @Mutey do you have a 5G data plan with unlimited data at slow speed? if you do, that might be the reason

you will need to ask PM agent to fix it or they might be able to reverse the redemption

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

This may sounds like a silly question @Mutey but... when you click on "Find out why"... what does it say?

My guess is... the text of the code was sent to you in error and that you actually don't meet the minimum base price requirement. Or... you're on a 90 day plan and the system won't recognize those plans as it's looking for a 30 day plan. Or... and finally, you're already on a promo and it's not allowing you to stack them.

After you've reached out to customer service as per @hTideGnow links (as I know better not to create redundant posts), I won't post them again as they are not needed twice in the same thread... let us know what the answer was. I'm curious why this happened.
