Sometimes the problem is with the browser or the app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Check your billing address : Make sure the address linked to your card is exactly the same as the one registered with your bank. Even a small error can block the payment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Contact your bank : Some banks block online payments for security reasons. Call your bank to check if the payment is authorized.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Try a different card : If you have another credit/debit card, try using that one to see if the problem is with your current card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't use the browser to subscribe, you need to subscribe via the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have the app already, Uninstall and reinstall and then setup an account using a different email address and try again.&amp;nbsp; Before you subscribe, make sure you choose the proper province&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still fails, wait a day before trying again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
