      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to contact your current service provider if you bought your phone with them, and ask for a code to unlock your phone. It takes a minute if your provider offer support via online chat. Hope it helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In that case, Public Mobile cannot help you.&amp;nbsp; They will only unlock phones that are locked to Telus.&amp;nbsp; Contact the carrier that your phone is locked to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I am mistaken, contact the moderators with the IMEI of your Telus-locked phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
