    <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged in - Pasted said URL links into web page and nothing - Tried mobile and nothing - The payment section on the left side has disappeared and there is no option. I click Account and it resets to the home page and Public Mobile offers. There is no Profile page either. Please help, this UI is insanely frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s not working. I tried this answer on previous questions about this. When I click on my Account there is nothing but a homepage. No “profile” or “payment”. This is the issue. There’s some sort of problem with the website itself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to use the link after logging in to my account. It took me to the same homepage.
