You just need to download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your account and buy a new esim. (it should be free as a replacement esim).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to transfer my stuff from this phone to anthor phone but it didn’t seem to transfer my phone number and my cellur data and on this phone I had an e sim and it didn’t transfer so I went and bought a new eSIM for my other phone when I go to activate it I need to confirm my identity and I can’t get the code because my phone number doesn’t seem to work on this phone or my other phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
