The ONLY option you have is to go back to the store with the time and date you purchased it. If you paid with a credit card or bank card, the manager can pull up the exact transaction that was used to purchase it.&amp;nbsp; They will give you the transaction number. You will then need to contact Public Mobile and advise them what happened and that you've spoken to the manager of (name the store) and they gave you the transaction reference number. PM may be able to track down the PIN number, but there are no guarantees. Vouchers though are final sale and non refundable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/705891"&gt;@mikeman4ya1964&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;because the voucher is bought in the store via the voucher point of sale system and not registered on PM system yet, PM won't know the voucher number.&amp;nbsp; With your issue, you have to go back to the store and they can reprint that for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
