Then you can disable their esim and make the Public Mobile esim as the primary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added ...is your Kodoo account prepaid or post ? If prepaid Koodo plan, you will need to pick a temporary number then contact a CS_Agent to help you complete your porting.
